Peru moving in the right direction?

I really hope the people of Peru remain strong and remain vigilant when it comes to standing against the governemt. I have been following and checking the Peruvian newspapers to see if anything has changed, and so far nothing. Want to know why you wont hear about this stuff on YOUR evening news? because it doesn't matter. NOPE

It doesn't matter that innocent people children men women die everyday because we are to busy paying attention to tmz. People, we need a revolution. We need to hold the Peruvian government to be transparent about what is really going on. The system needs a reform, and the president needs to listen.

The OIL is penetrating into the systems of the native brothers and sisters there. It is in the water in which they bathe in, drink, swim, and cook in. It is in the soil. It is taking over crops, land, and its also harming the animals. I have written I don't know how many blogs about the oil situation in Peru. But this has to stop. I don't think people realize how precious the amazon is to not just South America. But to the Planet itself! Bush has close, maybe to close, ties to oil companies that are trying to drill in the amazon. GREEDY BASTARD. does he care that people die because of his greed? WHEN PIGS FLY
And not just him folks. Almost half the amazon is leased to these oil companies. And the government of Peru are signing these permissions over as if this is some hall pass?!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF SOMEONE CAME INTO YOUR HOME, YOUR TERRITORY AND SAID "HEY, I WANT TO LEAVE MY GARBAGE HERE, AND IF YOU DON'T LET ME DO IT, I WILL KILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY"

Is that Humane? What do these oil companies care more about? A lot of tribes are suffering of course because of this cleaver plan. Like I said it is getting into their water. Do you know what that does to your body? I mean why is this even an issue? What type of human being, thinks this is okay? How come this isn't stopping? Would you hand your child a cup of dirty water if s/he said they were thirsty? No. So why allow it to happen to our brothers and sisters in Peru. Who die to maintain the very little rights they have when it comes to the choices their government is making for them. Not just Peru, but Brazil, Venezuela, and other countries who share the amazon. STAND UP
